Ultra SmoothPore MesoTox (sometimes also referred to as AquaGold) is a skin refining treatment designed to improve pore size, texture, and overall skin smoothness without affecting facial movement.

This treatment uses micro-doses of diluted wrinkle relaxer delivered superficially into the top layers of the skin through a mesotherapy technique.
Rather than targeting deep muscles like traditional neuromodulator treatments, Ultra SmoothPore MesoTox works at the skin level, where oil glands, sweat glands, and tiny surface muscle fibers influence texture and pore visibility.

Each treatment at the symm label includes a customized cocktail of 20 units of wrinkle relaxer and 1mL of VAMP PDRN, combining skin-smoothing neuromodulation with bio-revitalizing hydration and regenerative support.

What to Expect

Your Nurse Injector will assess your skin and confirm a treatment plan based on your concerns and desired outcome. 

Before treatment, the skin is thoroughly cleansed and a topical numbing cream may be applied for comfort. A mesotherapy stamping technique is then used to deliver micro-droplets of diluted wrinkle relaxer and VAMP PDRN into the interface between the skin and superficial muscle layer. 

Treatment typically takes 20-30 minutes. Following treatment, the skin may appear mildly pink or slightly textured for several hours. Minimal downtime is expected, and most patients return to normal activities the same day.

Yes. Ultra SmoothPore MesoTox uses a diluted form of wrinkle relaxer that is placed superficially into the skin using a controlled mesotherapy technique. Neuromodulators are Health Canada approved and widely studied for medical and cosmetic use. 

Your intake forms and consultation allow us to review your medical history and determine whether this treatment is appropriate for you. Because the product is placed at the skin level, it does not affect deeper muscles or facial expression. 

Side effects are typically mild and temporary. Some patients experience redness, slight swelling, or a mild textured appearance immediately after treatment. This usually resolves within several hours to 24 hours.

Occasionally, small pinpoint bruises may occur. Mild sensitivity or dryness may be present for a short period as the skin settles. 

Discomfort is minimal. A topical numbing cream may be applied prior to treatment, and most patients tolerate the procedure well. 

Downtime is minimal. Mild redness or visible stamping marks may be present for a few hours, and most patients return to normal activities the same day. We recommend avoiding strenuous exercise, heat exposure, and active ingredients for 24 hours. 

Ultra SmoothPore MesoTox is $750 per session.

Our team works under the direction of our Owner and Advanced Nurse Injector, alongside our Medical Director. Skin quality treatments are a core part of what we do, and safety and precision are always prioritized. 

There is minimal preparation required prior to Ultra SmoothPore MesoTox treatments. We recommend: 

  • Getting a good night’s sleep 
  • Staying well hydrated
  • Eating prior to your appointment 

Avoiding alcohol and limiting caffeine (yes, you can still have your morning coffee, but maybe stick to one cup!) beforehand may help reduce bruising. 

You’re welcome to arrive makeup-free, though the skin will be thoroughly cleansed before treatment. Post-care instructions are provided after your appointment.

Post-care instructions are provided after your appointment verbally, as well as emailed to you. In general, we recommend: 

  • Avoid strenuous activity for 24 hours 
  • Avoid saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs, and UV exposure for 24 hours
  • Avoid facial treatments, lasers, peels, or massage for at least two weeks

These guidelines help reduce swelling, discomfort, inflammation, and support optimal healing.
